History
Of Nothing LP. Recorded 1982-92. Black vinyl, screenprinted
covers. Edition of 300
'Did The New Blockaders invent Noise music? No.
Luigi Russolo did. Did The New Blockaders make the first Noise record? I don't
think so. John Cage and Walter Marchetti both made some pretty noisy records and
I'm sure there were others. Were The New Blockaders the first non-idiomatic
Noise band? ABSOLUTELY! In 1982! History Of Nothing is a compendium of
material from 1982-2002. Even though I have no time for Noise nowadays, this LP
sounded great.' Swill Radio

Meta-Klamauk (for Jean Tinguely)
LP. Recorded 2002. Black vinyl, screenprinted covers. Edition of 300
''Crincum-Crancum’ is a surprisingly low key,
for TNB, piece that has a fine atmosphere. I usually don't associate TNB with
editing, as most of their music sounds live, but this piece is nicely edited. A
highly dystopian view. Excellent. ‘Meta-Klamauk’ doesn't sound like it had
any editing (maybe the first one didn't either), but it is a fun rumble through
the trash bin. Still my favourite, and in some ways the only, Noise band.' Swill
